Edgar Gaza was the baron of Rockpoint, a ville in northern Texas in the middle of a salt flat. It was built around a pumping station, but Gaza maintained power by controlling the flow of water. He kept a harem of women who were "initiated" by having their tongues cut out; they were fanatically loyal to him.
Gaza was a large, muscular man. He was killed in a battle with Roberto's convoy (Bloodfire).
