Johnny Flynn was apart of the crew manning the whaling ship, the Salvation. He and Ryan Cawdor made fast friends.
Johnny stole a blaster from the ships armoury and had every intent on using it in order to help save Ryan from becoming Quadde's sexual play thing. To his horror, he discovered that the weapon was stored unloaded. He was killed after being shot in the head by Captain Pyra Quadde for his attempted mutiny. (Dectra Chain)
