Rockpoint was a ville in northern Texas, in the middle of a vast salt flat. It was built around an old water pumping station, the baron maintained power by controlling the flow of water. After the companions ousted him and turned on the flow of water, most of the buildings (which were made of adobe) melted. (Devil Riders)
