An example of a sec chief.

A Sec Chief, or Security Chief was the person in charge of all Sec Men, or security forces within a ville, usually answering only to the Baron.

Sec chiefs are usually very smart, well armed and dressed, they at times lead by example, but also lead by threats of violence. Often people employed within the position were as ruthless as the Barons themselves, and at times when the Baron appeared weak, or had a loss of face, they would attempt to unseat them.
